So! Es ist soweit!

Ich hab echt lange durchgehalten aber es geht einfach nichtmehr. Nun kehre auch ich FFXIV den Rücken. Der Grund liegt weniger an der ganzen ***** die ich bis jetzt ertragen habe sondern eher daran das im Endeffekt einfach niemand mehr da ist mit dem ich einst angefangen habe zu spielen. Selbst die aktivsten Spieler meines Linkshells sind mittlerweile weg. Einer davon der sich nach einiger Offline-Zeit letztens Verabschieded hat, hat Folgendes gesagt "If you play every day you keep playing. If you stop for one day you just dont want to login because you dont care anymore". Ich muss ihm hier leider recht geben. Ich hab gestern einfach mal nicht gespielt und es juckt mich nicht die Bohne und ich will auch gar nichtmehr einloggen.

Man merkt in den letzten Tagen auch einen sehr starken Unterschied auf den Servern. DIe Einzige Zeit zu der wirklich viele Spieler Online sind ist zur JP Prime Time. Das hat einfach nur den Grund das alle guten MMORPGs für Japan nicht lokalisiert sind und sie da Narrenfreiheit haben.

Ich hab nun meinen alten WoW Account auf Cataclysm geupgraded (tolles featuere mit dem digitalen Vorabverkauf übrigens) und werd in ein paar Monaten wieder reinschauen sofern das Spiel dann noch lebt. Was bringt mir die gut aussehende Asiatin wenn ich mit ihr keinen Spaß haben kann? Da nehm ich lieber die etwas billigere Amerikanerin und lass es mir gut gehen.

1.5 months are over and i havent wrote a single Blog Entry so i guess it is time to do so. At the current moment i am very frustrated with the game and i hope this post helps to lighten the load a bit before i ragequit soon.

When i started FFXIV i wanted to play a class that is in high demand and because of my experience with other MMOs i picked Conjurer as my main class because heal is always needed. (Or so you would think). I managed to get to Rank 33 with my static party that broke at this point because alot of people lost interrest in the game, found other parties or just went out of range. Since then my life as a healer is absolutly horrible.

While a meele runs to a leveling spot to get an instant invite, no one wants me because all i would do is steal the other healers SP and if i nuke i dont do any significant damage and pretty much end up with very bad SP. Because of that fact i am stuck at Level 33 since over 1 week without any hope to level up again in the near future.

I still do not understand why SE reversed the partyplay. Usually its about working together strategic as a party to kill monsters as effective as possible for maximum EXP. In SEs "system" i WANT the tank to get damage, i WANT everyone to stand in the AoE. I dont want to debuff the monster because i do not want to hinder it to deal damage and i do not want to buff my party members to maximize the damage they recieve. The closer they are to dead without actually dying the better for me. Where is the logic here?

We have Battle Regimens that are half broken and if they would work we still wouldnt use them just to maximize SP. We have all those AoE Spells but do not get EXP for anything beside the engaged monster so why should i even bother using them? For Levelquests maybe? The higher you get the more insignificant a Levequest gets. Most people just do them as fast as possible to get the rewards and faction points just to get it over with.

I really hope there are some planned changes to this SP system because otherwhise even i feel like it is not worth paying for this game anymore. I am very dissapointed at this point. I put so much trust in you SQUARE ENIX and even after all this **** you did ... I AM STILL HERE!
