Microsoft wird wohl weniger auf das "gebrochen", als auf das "beschädigt" achten. Ein Siegel kann man auch noch so entfernen, das es nicht kaputt gemacht wird, aber dennoch Rückstände bleiben die beweisen das jemand an der Konsole rumhantiert hat.
