While it's interesting to hear everyone's theories about how the PlayStation 3 will fail and how Xbox 360 or Wii are going to take over (even though there's been a consistently-full rack of about four dozen 360's, games and controllers untouched at my best buy for as long as I can remember), I would like to know if you or anyone for that matter have even one small detail or rumor for Killzone 2 (or whatever its title is)? Just one real screenshot of in-game footage of someone's boot or a bullet shell would fill a void of knowing absolutely nothing at this point. And if not anything concrete do you have information about when we might know anything? Thanks and keep up the mailbag.

I can't tell you for sure when we'll see the first in-game footage or in-game screenshot (though I wouldn't be surprised if this year's TGS would be the place). But I can tell you one thing I've heard from several people on the inside: the target footage you've seen wasn't just to blow smoke -- Guerilla really wants to achieve that level of presentation and is working diligently to do so. Also, don't expect to see it in any territory until (at the very minimum) late next year....

PlayStation 3 Heating Up
Don't be surprised if the next several weeks really start to pick up in regards to PlayStation 3 software and hardware. As we move into TGS, undoubtedly the biggest one ever held, several things that people have wanted to know are going to be hinted at or confirmed. Expect to hear about a brand new launch game or two, some games that are going to be delayed, etc, etc....
