I downloaded what I thought was the English demo for Aedemphia from your DropBox account, the one labeled "Aedemphia 8.5 engl" but when I tried it the game was entirely in French.
Unless there's some trick to it that I missed to make it switch from French to English, you have the French version mislabeled as the English one.

Here is the real English translation, though I don't know if it's the 8.5 vesion or if it's an earlier English demo:

Yes.
The text is also French. And I didn't see any way to switch the language to English.

After searching around the Internet a bit, I found a forum thread by the translator which confirms that the link I provided is for the last publicly released English demo, which would be version 8.5:

Notice in the screenshots that not only is the text in English, but so are the words in the title screen which is a picture.
