Well, that sucks imo I'm all for fun and adventure, normalerweise. Aber das schließt keineswegs Härte, Drama, Tragik und Düsternis aus. Ich hatte gehofft (und hoffe weiterhin), dass Rogue One ein gritty Action-Kriegsfilm wird, der nicht wieder krampfhaft versucht, es allen recht zu machen, sondern einfach sein Ding durchzieht.

Der Film SOLLTE sich anders anfühlen als die anderen, denke ich. Dafür gemacht, die Grenzen von PG13 auszuloten und die Zuschauer mit fiesen, ergreifenden Charaktertoden zu schockieren und mitzureißen! Ist ja schön und gut, wenn das Ende zum Anfang von A New Hope zu passen hat, aber dort sah die Situation auch nicht grade rosig aus. Wenn die den Film nun weichspülen und mit Witzen zur Auflockerung durchsetzen, fände ich das sehr enttäuschend und würde sicherlich die Wirkungskraft verringern!
