Achja hab in nem anderen Forum was gelesen:

Now back to Resident Evil. In RE1, you were a special forces unit, but thrown in a situation that you've had NO training or experience in. No knowledge or understanding. You had your general skills to fall on, but overall, it was a hopeless situation you had to overcome. It was all about learn and adapt, to the threat and environment. Same with RE2, a rookie cop and innocent civilian, thrown into an impossible situation. Even with RE3 and CV, the characters were against the odds despite previous experience. Jill was one of the few living survivors in a city beyond saving. Claire was a escapee from an Umbrella prison. It was a mission against the odds.

Now lets look at 4, 5, and 6. You were hand picked to save the world. Only you can do it. You were expected to succeed from the beginning. It kinda takes away the glory of actually doing well in game, every cut-scene of success is more like a checklist of expected events, while every death is a frustration of what isn't supposed to happen. It should be the opposite!!! And I think that greatly affects the setting and the gratification of succession during the game. I feel this way about the modern CoD games as well. Is anyone else tracking with me or is this just non-sense?
