Das stimmt schon, dass Phoenix zu Beginn des Falles denkt, Dahlia wäre noch im Gefängnis. Er erwähnt es nachdem er Iris in der Okultzeitung gesehen hatte.

Von der Chronologie ist also alles in Ordnung. Den Entwicklern ist also kein Fehler unterlaufen.
