Du hast es schon richtig gewußt, nur mußte ich an einer anderen Stelle die Veränderung vornehmen. Ich habe die "readme" geöffnet und da stand zum Glück das Problem geschildert. Danke für deine Postings.

The Mastertronic installer does not load

For the Mastertronic installer to work you must have the
following configuration on your machine:

* Display properties must be 'Small fonts'.

If you get an error message on the Preload screen then click on
the <AutoFix> button.

To change you display properties to small fonts:
------------------------------------------------
1. Go to the 'Start' button on your Windows taskbar,
2. Select 'Settings',
3. Select 'Control Panel',
4. Double-click on the 'Display' icon,
5. Click on the 'Settings' tab,
6. Click on the 'Advanced' button,
7. Select the 'General' tab,
8. And change the font settings to 'Small Fonts'.
9. Click on 'OK' button to apply changes

Welche Windows Version genau ist das? Bei XP home finde ich das jedenfalls nicht so vor.

Also, warum der PC den Schriftgrad nach deiner Anweisung nicht verändert hat, weiß ich nicht, hätte eigentlich auch gehen müssen.

Aus der readme habe ich einfach herausgelesen:
Systemsteuerung-> Darstellung-> Anzeige-> Einstellung ->Erweitert-> Allgemein-> 96 DPI (Normalgröße)
Auf diese Weise hat er den Schriftgrad verkleinert, obwohl er schon vorher "normal" als Einstellung angezeigt hatte.

Ich habe Windows XP Home Edition Version 5.1.2600 Service Pack 2 Build 2600

Ach so, DPI, ja das sieht bei mir genauso aus. Das ist aber eine Gesamtbildveränderung, nicht nur Schriftgröße.
