According to Finland's biggest gaming magazine PELIT (completely reliable), Bethesda has told them they are working on a full-sized expansion pack so expect something larger than Knights of the Nine. Unfortunately they don't know anything else and there's no release date yet. Jan 07 issue of XBM rumored about this as well.
