so, nach neu einrichten des xservers kann ich den enable befehl nun ausführen.

Hier wusste ich nicht die werte, ich hab kein Monitorhandbuch, die werte stehen nicht hinten auf dem monitor, und der im ubuntu online handbuch gelistete befehl um es herauszufinden gibt keine antwort zurück. also hab ich einfach die werte eingetragen, die ich eben brauche. 85 Hz überall. Aber selbst wenn das Falsch ist (was sehr warscheinlich ist...) es funktioniert genauso gut oder so schlecht wie vorher.
