Otherwise, it's the same old zany Dokuro-chan world revisited. Although the opening song remains the same, the lyrics and arrangement are new (aside for the trademark "Pipiru Piru Piru..."), including a new sequence. There was no ending song for the TV version due to time constraints, but I heard it is an ondo sung by Dokuro-chan (Chiba Saeko) and written/composed by the author/director combination of Okayu Masaki/Mizushima Tsutomu.
As much as I enjoyed watching Dokuro-chan once more, I've been seeing the cast/staff so much recently at Rondo Robe and on Geneon TV, they leave more of an impression than the anime itself (especially Okayu-sensei who can easily become a show host).
Fortunately, as with the first season (and Dai Mahou Touge for that matter), Anime TV will be airing all episodes before the DVD hits stores, as I still can't find justifiable reasons to buy the videogram (violence and skin not being a determining factor for me).
