Garp is angry at Luffy, saying that the reason he was training Luffy was so that he could become a powerful marine. Garp talks about the 4 Emperors, a large power in the second half of the Grand Line. Zorro meets up with Luffy. He's attacked by the split-chin dude (with the kukuri sword).
