Pointing out where you feel a work could use some improvement, for example:
* "The texture could use some more detail in the trim why don't you try this?"
* "The poly count in that model is too high for a game model."
* "This is the technique I used to improve this feature of my mod, maybe you should try this?"
* "Maybe you should add some custom lighting and sound effects to your mod, instead of using the default settings, that would provide more atmosphere."
What it is not:
* "That sucks. You don't belong here. You have no talent. My mod is better than yours."
That would be viewed as a flame and the person that posted that would receive a warning.
