Eigentlich hätte ich es mir denken können, daß dirty Mods dafür verantwortlich sein könnten. Ab sofort durchforste ich alle plugins nach diesen dreckigen GMSTs (game setting) . Hier ist die Antwort vom inoffiziellen Patchmeister v1.6.3 persönlich, der sollte es wissen:

Basically, sometimes when you save a mod they save certain settings incorrectly (when they shouldn't actually be saving those settings at all since they haven't been changed). If you use one of these it breaks those spells, as well as some others. I don't include a fix in my mod, since the fix needs to be done in an esp file. Just do a search for GMST-Fix at the Summit and use that. I assume it works. I don't actually use mods (or play the game) so I've never needed to use it.

Ich empfehle allerdings den Enchanted Editor , der ist intuitiv zu bedienen und hilft noch an anderen Ecken und Kanten (wie doubling bugs).
