Kindergarten is an uncountable noun, so it's "am I in kindergarten"; without the article.

And the best thing: my English teacher (Miss Bölköw, it sounds even like someone who cant speak english) is making a lot of spelling mistakes?

You should say "makes a lot of …" because the progressive form indicates that she is doing it right now. Well, it could be that she is making mistakes right now, but since you're writing about a general habit, you should use the present simple tense. The question mark is also weird.

That's what I found so far but it's no problem at all. One would mark these mistakes in an exam but everyone understands what you're saying, so stay frosty.
