Well you're absolutely right . I think most of us know. Furthermore I think here are several guys who are also participating actively in English speaking forums. Because if you're looking for information about specific topics you will usually find any German forums.
Just a hint: use www.leo.org if you need a good translator/dictionary. It often even has examples with how to use the word correctly.

But on something else: at the moment I have to read pretty much english law texts. I've never encountered any texts that was so exhausting to read...
