Suikoden 4 - Nach den Ruinen?

nicht unbedingt Kämpfer. z.b. die Frau und das Kind in Ruine gehört deine Gruppe an, aber sind keine Kämpfer sondern eher Supporter.

Eigentlich soll, wenn man die Ruine geschafft haben, bei rausfahren auf Meer direkt auf die Meerjungfrau treffen.

After you have defeated the Guard for good, Rikie and Rakgi join your party.
Head back to your headquarters to save, rest or change your party or support
characters if you wish(remove Louise from your support party so you can
recruit another character).

Along the way, you will meet Manu standing near the entrance to the Cave. He
can bring you over to the dock area instantly. Now that's a handy "Quick Jump"
option.

By now, you should have recruited 10 characters(party, support, etc.), so head
to the dock and board your ship. You will soon see the mermaid who you met in
Deserted Island calling for help. Once you are on the world map, sail towards
the white circle shown on the map to fight an easy battle against the nasty
merchants.

Wenn du nicht 10 leute hast, dann gehe zu andere Insel wie Na-nal, Nay, etc und rekrutiert mehr leute. erst mit 10 rekrutierte Leute kannst den Szene einläuten.
