Chocobo Dungeon
Genre: Action/Advenure

If someone thinks, that it's remake of original game for PSX, he deeply mistaken. It's absolute other game about Chocobo with own plot, but with familiar characters. CD colourful, nice, cheerful game. Chocobo will walk on standard RPG maps, talk with NPC, solve puzzles. And he will run, climb (not jump), avoid lot of enemies, collect items on side-view levels. But, running from enemies and collect items you can on standard RPG maps too.

Features:

I shall follow Rare's laws, tons of items for collecting, beautiful graphic, remembered music, lot of NPC, colour gems - money. There's no division into levels, you can explore a huge world as in RPG. Side-view levels are only a barrier at transition on standard locations.

Collecting items is an important part of game, and also it's most pleasant part. There's nice inventory menu and statistics of the collected items. Any found or bought item will useful sooner or later. Items are different: Gems (money), Magical Items (quest items), Keys (open chests and doors), Notes (?????), Hearts (health) and many other items. Also there are key items which you should be used repeatedly.

Storyline:

About a storyline, it's not absolutely completed yet.

Characters:

Choco - chocobo, main character. Courageous, nice, loving to eat. Doesn't love, when he has many work, but what to do?

Mog - moogle, Choco's best friend. He always will help Choco when he doesn't know what to do. He is a little greedy, but he is clever enough.

Cid - the mechanic, owner of submarine Bong 11. Very good mechanic. Too courageous, and because of it he has a lot of problems.

Shiroma - white mage, very nice, constraining. She will always support to Choco when he is not assured.

Well, I think it is a nice idea.
But it is not the kind of game, I prefer.
You are a aceptable mapper.
The 'Head Up Display' looks nice.

First, sorry for my bad english.

Hm, OK, the character descriptions aren't really original but I think the game don't need a good story and good characters to make fun. If you make it a bit like Pac-Man, it will make much fun, I think. Most of the screenshots are really nice but the screenshot of the disco... these colors :-(. Can you please tell me from which game you have ripped the gfx of the 2nd screenshot.

I hope you will finish these cool game..

Nice Chipsets and Chars. But I think, at the Boss Screen, the fight against the black mage, the black mage should be a little bit bigger or brighter.
But otherwise it looks very good.
Look forward to the summer!^^

The Screens look good. But only the third Screen looks a little bit empty, but it's not so bad.
But I also like the graphics and you're mapping very good ( not perfect, but good ).
You haven't got any informations about the story, but the charakter descriptions are OK. But please give us some informations about it.
It looks like a Jump'n Run Game, doesn't it?
What should I say? Good luck and I'm waiting for your first demo. ^^

First at all, my english bad too.

It's not Jump'n'run. Did you playing Zodiac Towers NATO demo?
Choco can't jump, only run'n'climb.
Black Mage is cursed, and Choco must heal that curse.
In Disco House colours are flashing with many other colours.
Most chipsets ripped from Sword of Mana.
3th screen are empty, because it's without NPC, and this is a chocobo village. This is need for storyline, Choco walking slow in this location.

And I'll don't make a demo, only full version.
