Der gute "BK" hat im Zenosaga Forum einige der veränderten/neuen Szenen gepostet, die so ausschließlich in der DS Fassung vorkommen (das Ganze enthält natürlich einige dicke Spoiler für die ersten beiden Episoden):

"Pope Sergius appears in the Episode I portion of the game. During the scene where the Foudation is accused of holding back the Zohars for themselves, it is the Pope that is addressing the Executive Committee instead of a random Representative. Pierre shows up and buys some time for the Foundation.

On the Duranadal, you fight Richard and Hermann twice in a character battle.

Shion was to be originally assigned to Third Divison. However, Kevin read a thesis she wrote and had her transferred to First Division's KOS-MOS development team.

Kevin's mother and sister died in an attack by the Gnosis. That's why he's so driven to develop KOS-MOS.

The battle with E.S. Simeon in the Song of Nephilim/Proto Merkabah is unwinable. Simeon starts to kick the party's ass and then Canaan flies in with E.S. Asher to hold off Simeon while the party escapes.

The Miltian Conflict flashback from the beginning of Episode II is a subscenario now. The game goes straight from the Episode I part to the Episode II part. In the subscenario of Old Miltia, Jin talks with Canaan about the Proto Merkabah and the Song of Nephilim.

Orgula no longer exists.

Pellegri mentions that Ormus has four E.S.: Gad, Joseph, Issachar, and another. There are eight more. Other than Albedo's Simeon, the location of the other E.S.s are unknown.

Miyuki shows up on Second Miltia to give the party E.S. Zebulun. Shion and KOS-MOS go to hold off E.S. Plium and Scutum while the rest of the party is getting Zebulun and KOS-MOS gets her ass kicked.

Sakura dies to protect Albedo. No one is around when it happens to see it. Albedo knows Rubedo when be hurt when he finds out, so he tells Rubedo that he killed Sakura in hopes that he will use Red Dragon Mode to kill him.

Albedo meets the Kirschwassers after Canaan and chaos leave him behind on Old Miltia.

After opening the Y-Data, Albedo doesn't vanish.

The Foundation is being attacked by Gnosis. Shion and the party go to help. Kos-MOS Ver. 2 appears and helps them. She then summons E.S. Dinah.

Albedo shows up in the Ormus Stronghold. He beats back Richard and Hermann and destroys the fortress' generator. Then, Richard and Hermann come back and you fight them.

On Old Miltia, Vanderkam appears in Proto Dora instead of his ship from Episode II.

Virgil shows up with E.S. Naphtali on Old Mitlia. You fight it with the party's E.S.s.

Shion's father's name is Suou Uzuki. Her mother's name is Aoi. Her grandfather is Ouga.

Virgil shows up at Labyrinthos in front of the Zohar before you meet Sergius there.

Shion has a flashback of playing with Cecily and Cathe as a child.

Kevin talks with Albedo. Virgil talks with Shion. Voyager talks with Richard and Hermann.

You actually fight Proto Omega. You fight it with the E.S..

Sakura and Febronia appear to try and calm everyone down.

The Testaments show up and destroy Omega and kill Sergius. This time, they don't have their mechs. Voyager has his mask on and talks to Kevin. Then, he takes it off and calls Ziggy, Jan Sauer. Ziggy recognizes him and shoots. They talk a little bit more. Back on the Elsa, Ziggy talks about Michtam and Joaquin.

The space-time anomaly is a real dungeon. There are Gnosis inside it to fight. You fight E.S. Simeon again. The final battle with Albedo is hard. You can actually lose.

At the end, Margulis speaks with a shadowy figure."
