Official pre-sale starts on the 24th of April at every ticket counter in Germany. And you should bother to get your tickets as soon as possible. One good argument to do so is because thereby you won't waste any time waiting in queues to finally be able to get into the venues. Second and even more important point is that tickets will be much cheaper in pre-sale.
