    Rpg Maker XP Questions (sry for the another boring topic)

    I've got a few questions about Rpg Maker XP:

    - Can I move the System Windows before and after usage?
    - Can I use pictures like System graphics? (if I want to create message bubbles for example)
    - Can I script an FF7 Magic system, or something like that?
    - Can I script animating enemies in fight?
    - Can I script multiplayer battle between players?
    - Is there any way to fix the "too much event"="game slowing" problem?
    - Why not?

    2. yes, with pictures, the same like in rm2k

    4. yes, if i understand, what you're talking about^^
    5. yes. (on one keyboard)
    6. you have to put wait events into the PP and the Autostart-events, than it will be better. But the XP is slower in Generally.

    You can do everything with Ruby, and the RGSS.

    For the most questions you can say: "Yes, its possible"
    Only the multiplayer-playing is not avaible. It will cost so many Scripts, that the game will be unplayable!
    But in my posts i've also answered, if the people here use the RPG-Maker2000(2003), because the XP have to many mistakes in his program.
    But did you have seen, that this is a german forum? *lol*
    Not many will answer you in english!

    Freierfall:
    1-2 in rm2k we used it with pictures, but I thought it can be easier to script.
    3. In ff7 you can add magic into your equipment. And you can combinate these magics with all and etc. But my system is a bit more complex, and too hard to explain in few words.
    4. I mean not picture enemies like in ff6, better like animated enemies like in Rudra
    5. I have a script from the net to make multiplayer connection in XP
    6. not that's the problem. If I put lots of event, for example: spikes, that comes out from the field.

    2. i dont knwo, if you can make it easyer with ruby. you can put the position of the text window on every position on the screen, and either manipulate the width and heigth of the text window. (ruby)

    4. you've battle animations, don't you? I dont understand your problem...

    6. uhm... you mean events, which react on a switch? and your game becomes slower??? you can try to put an 0.0 second wait event before the event, which makes the spikes come up from the floor, but i dont knwo, if that works^^
