Soweit ich weiß bekommt mans gar nicht sondern nur den Smoking,nur der Ninja trägt beim mehreren Durchspielen ein anderes Outfit,folgendes steht bei gamefaqs:

"Crimson Ninja - To fight the Ninja wearing a red costume, beat the game two
times using your old data. Then, the Ninja you fight will be in a weird Crimson Red get-up. Plus, his icon will appear on the memory card."
