So again: beat Kamui as much time as you can first. I beat him with 130 HP and 11 Hit Power. He is so fast, that you must use counter to his attacks, there's no time to defend. Later if you're faster, you can defend. If you beat him, your speed is increasing in battle. Now I'm write some tactics into txt, but I forget it home.
