Hello guys and ladies,

when I was young, I've drawn many pictures, paintings, a lot of art. This stoped 7 years ago, I guess. I don't know why but these days I'd like to draw something so I spent 4 hours now and finished my first drawing after many years. It's nothing in comparison to Disposable Hero's great pictures but I think it's a ok for the first try after a break.
This picture is about pain, a hopeless situation. So I called it "Hopeless".

I got some inspiration from this picture: http://www.go2005.de/main/buchfilm/christi/939kl.jpg

Thats a scene from the Mel Gibson movie Passion Of The Christ, so everybody who have seen this movie knows what pain and suffer shown there.
I've tried to get this face expression but I think, the eyes are very different. It was hard to draw this part of the face, more than everything else. And I added some hair, this gives a more feminine touch.
(...)
Some last words? Jeah, as said, the eyes are a bit strange.^^
Maybe I redraw this part again, there is not the same hopeless expression in the face.

Ok, So now here it is:

Thanks for reading, would be nice to have some comments on my work. Especially from the people who know to draw these pictures and could give some advices on improving it. wink.gif

Ok, I've drawn another one, draft version this time was a picture from actress Denise Richards. (Not really related to Kamelot but because this topic is already open now, I use it to show my second picture.)
(draft version: http://derfeind2k.de/drawings/Vorlag...e Richards.jpg)

I had some trouble with the lips and the eyes again. ohmy.gif
And I removed the hair on her nose because I don't know if I could draw it like the original and if it's looking that nice after i would include it. So I let it out.
Jeah, I don't know why the picture now is a bit wanly, must be because of my stupid scanner.

And this is the result: http://derfeind2k.de/drawings/complete.png

I've tried to make the eyes more realistic than in the first picture and of course to get the expression of my draft version. But, I guess, it's very hard to get a drawing looking like an existing person so it wasn't a success here... sad.gif laugh.gif
(Now I've finished and now I see, the nose is too long... >_>).

Nevertheless, what do you think about this second drawing?
