According to Kyle Herbert and Steve Blum, the dub will consist of non-union voice actors. As soon as some names show up, we will let you know.
Edit: After emailing Kyle Herbert for more information, he replied back by saying that he didn't know much else. He did mention that Kate Higgins (Sakura on Naruto) has mentioned on her blog that she got a part, but didn't say which part. He also mentioned that sessions for the dubbing will start this coming week.
