Da ich selbst gerade phpMyAdmin neu einstellen muss, ist mir folgender Text aufgefallen:

Mach das mal, denn bei mir hat es damit lange Zeit gut funktioniert! Dass du keine Rechte hast, eine neue DB zu erstellen, liegt wohl eher an den Benutzereinstellungen!
