Have you chosen an transparent chip in the lower layer? In the upper layer, all the things you can't see in the game have a special color. On that parts of the map where you want to see the panorama, you'll have to set a chip of that color in the lower layer, too.

below is my picture. it wont be shows. i changed the size of the map to the same size of the picture. it wont show. i tryed a orginal picture "dawn" that follows with the program. it wont show. i changed map to the same size as that also. it wont show at all as panorama :/
