Es wird im Spiel nie Gesagt, das das in den Tanks Mako währe. Es heist zwar sie währen einer Makobestrahlungstherapie und einer Jenovazellen Kur oder so ähnlich unterzogen worden. Deshalb glaube ich, das es immer nur Kurze zeit war, in der sie mit Mako in berürung gekommen sind. Dadurch haben sich ja dann auch Clouds Augen verfärbt

Sephiroth zusammen mit Cloud in Nibelheim beim Reaktor wo sie die SOLDIER/MONSTER im den Tanks sehen.

Sephiroth: Why did it break...? ...now I see, Hojo. But, even doing this, will never put you on the same level as Professor Gast. This is a system that condenses and freezes the Mako energy... that is, when it's working correctly.
Now... what does Mako energy became when it's further condensed?

Cloud: Uh, ummm...... Oh yeah! It becomes a Materia.

Sephiroth: Normal members of SOLDIER are humans that have been showered with Mako. You're different from the others, but still human. But, what are they? They've been exposed to a high degree of Mako, far more than you.


Somit wäre auch mal wieder die Frage geklärt.
