    Wieso sollte der irgendwelche ISP blocken ???
    Hört sich absurd an!
    Naja, ich hab ein mittelgrosser Schweizer ISP (Tiscali).
    Aber ich halt das für n Witz.
    Auch das "able to ban by IP Adress".
    Ich hab dynamische IP...das wird schwer zum bannen sein. w
    Was ist der Unterschied zwischen einer statischen und einer dynamischen IP-Adresse?
    Die IP-Adresse entspricht einer eindeutigen "Hausnummer" für jeden Rechner in einem Netzwerk, zum Beispiel 192.23.5.87.
    Computer, die ständig ans Internet angeschlossen sind, vor allem Server, haben immer dieselbe "statische" IP-Adresse. Allen Computern, die nicht ständig online sind, weist dagegen der Provider beim Einwählen "dynamisch" eine gerade unbenutzte IP-Adresse zu. So werden Adressen, von denen es nicht unbegrenzt viele gibt, eingespart.

    Sie können bestenfall ein Server bannen, nicht aber ein einzelner Computer eines Users wo nicht immer diesselbe IP hat da dynamisch *lol*
