Regarding the Registration and Information Server Error

An error that occurred on the PlayOnline
information management server was reported
earlier. However, during the course of our
investigation it was confirmed that North American
PlayOnline users were not affected by this error.

Notice for Monthly Registration Server Maintenance

The PlayOnline registration server will be closed for scheduled maintenance on the following dates. During this time, registering to or unsubscribing from PlayOnline will be unavailable. In addition, reviewing or updating member information as well as purchasing, canceling, or reactivating Content IDs will not be available.

During maintenance, you may be disconnected from gameplay and PlayOnline entirely for the reasons stated below. Please make sure to complete all necessary steps prior to the start of the maintenance in order to avoid being disconnected.
