Customer Service Closed for End-of-year Holiday
On the following date, the PlayOnline Information Center customer service department will be closed in celebration of the end-of-year and new year holidays.

PlayOnline GM Call Beta Opens!
We have released a new GM Call function accessible from the PlayOnline Viewer. This function is for services including PlayOnline Viewer inquiries but not related to FINAL FANTASY XI.
When making a GM petition from the PlayOnline Viewer, you will be able to describe your issues with PlayOnline, technical issues with PlayOnline applications, make reports on any disturbances caused by other users, etc. This service will connect you to a text-based chat form where you can speak directly with a Game Master.
Before making a petition, please check the Q&A database first to see whether your question has already been answered. The Q&A database is available from both the PlayOnline Viewer and the official FINAL FANTASY XI web site (http://www.playonline.com/ff11us/index.html). (search for "Vana'diel Tribune")
If you still cannot find an answer to your question, please feel free to request a GM's assistance during gameplay.
We ask that you do not make a GM Call for any of the following:
- Ideas and suggestions
- License agreement issues
- Issues you encounter before logging in to PlayOnline
- Previously reported issues (including scheduled maintenance)
Instead, please use the designated mail forms or contact the PlayOnline Information Center about such matters.
*Regarding FINAL FANTASY XI related petitions, please make your petition within the game whenever possible.
There are cases where your petition will be closed based on the details in your petition description.
To help us better assist you, be sure to make a detailed report in your petition description. If you believe your issue was not resolved due a lack of detail in the description, please try again with more details.
