hit me if im wrong but... i think the movie "im westen nix neues" is a very nice german (?) movie about the 1st world war.

it was made ... uhm let me guess... i think about 1926 and i was VERY suprised about the quality and the "special effects" of this movie.

it shows all the roughness of the terrible war
