----------
"A long time ago you visited a Techno club. The music put you immediatley under a spell. Every evening was unforgetable. You dreamed of having the chance to stand up there on the podium and DJ.
A few years later: You have performed on numerous international events, and have released many records. Techno has become a daily chore, your fees are disproportionatly high. You have developed star alures, demand 5 star hotels, a limousine, 1st class flights, special catering and the rest... A long time ago, you would have given your last shirt to be able to play in the Techno club that you visited. Techno was your life, you were immersed in Techno. What happend to you?
Does the "One Family Thing" still exists?
What happend to the big family, as the Techno scene refered to itself years ago? Collectivity doesn`t exist anymore, even during hard times when it would be especially valuable.
Has the greater part of the scene been sent in the wrong direction? Techno isn`t mainstream. Does success inevitably lead to members of the community becomming devided by the heresy of superfical hangers on? Does the "One Family Thing" still exist??"
----------
