Soweit ich das mitbekommen haben, vergeben sie die Lizenzen für die guten Serien nur im Paket mit einem Haufen Zeugs, dass man selbst in Japan nicht wirklich gelesen hat. Vermutlich war das Paket in diesem Fall zu mies.

A localized Earthquake with a magnitude of 7.8 struck Shibuya, shaking it to the foundations.
Shibuya was devastated, the death toll amounted to 3851.

Now, in 2015.
A new story begins in a reconstructed Shibuya.

It is set to feature several nods and tie-ins to Chaos;Heah Noah.
The plot will have something to do with mysterious “Sumo Seals” (Rikishi Seals) that have been placed around the Shibuya Area on telephone poles, walls and other public locations, how these seals are important and what they are for have not yet been revealed.
