So. Hier ist das Outline für ein Fic, das ich vermutlich nie schreiben werde. Komplett in englisch, weil FiM ein Kontext ist, in dem ich englisch denke.Kursiver Text steht für Anmerkungen oder mögliche Dialoge.
PONYVILLE Twilight goes to the market where a pony suddenly becomes violent and bites another pony. That evening she hears news of other ponies biting ponies. The next day half the town's population is zombified with the other half barricading themselves in their homes. Twi rounds up the other Mane 6. As the streets become increasingly dangerous they decide to hole up in the nearest home, the library. While they wait for either the princesses to contact them or the zombies to clear out enough to make a break for the train station, Twilight cooks them lunch and later dinner and they go to sleep. The food tastes somewhat metallic. Rarity and Fluttershy feel unwell. The next morning they wake up feeling profoundly wrong. They soon realize that they have the distinctive look and presence of zombies. TS wakes up and sees RD. A pegasus passes over Ponyville, dropping leaflets. The leaflets say that a batch of contaminated fertilizer caused the plague and to avoid eating anything that has a metallic smell. Also, all cities will gradually undergo military lockdown, starting with Canterlot. In addition, checkpoints are set up along all major roads to help contain the spread of the plague. The zombies outside show no signs of intelligence but don't seem to consider the Mane 6 prey anymore. Back inside the library the Mane 6 deliberate. Twilight decides that the power of the Elements of Harmony must be protecting them. If the Elements can do that, perhaps they can cure the other zombies. The Mane 6 must get to Canterlot. Unfortunately, Spike is at Canterlot and the lockdown should be in place already so getting in won't be easy. The Mane 6 decide to go anyway. Outside, Fluttershy can't help herself and eats a dead bird. They realize that they apparently need meat to survive. Work in a PP "What? Ish good!" somwhere. The Mane 6 stock up on frozen fish at Fluttershy's cottage. ON THE ROAD The Mane 6 start traveling towards Canterlot. Unfortunately, the road is full of refugees who don't take kindly to zombies. Making their way through forests and other hidey places near the road, the Mane 6 come across an inn. The inn seems abandoned and the Mane 6 decide to commandeer a room for the night. The innkeeper is still there, though, and drives them off. An uncomfortable night in a small forest later the Mane 6 see Trixie pull a wagon on a side road. They pressure Trixie into getting them to Canterlot. Trixie reveals that they will have to take a large detour if they want a reasonable chance of reaching the city without having to pass through multiple checkpoints. While traveling on the side road the wagon is held up by some ponies who have decided that if the world is going to end they might as well rob anyone they can. The Mane 6 scare them away. RY: (growling from right behind one of the highwayponies) "Hey there, tasty." Later they come across another wagon, which has broken down. They can't take the stranded ponies with them and they can't leave them so the Mane 6 decide that they need to fix the wagon while Trixie distracts the stranded ponies so that they don't see that they're being helped by zombies. The next day they come across a small village. GPT: "The word 'hovel' comes to mind." Trixie decides to go scavenge. TS: "This isn't a horror movie! Civilization hasn't broken down!" As it turns out, Trixie wasn't entirely wrong – the entire village is zombified. However, she soon realizes that zombies are a lot less dangerous when you're being covered by six ponies who the zombies completely ignore. Over Twilights objections Trixie takes all the food – and nearly loses her lunch when she sees the Mane 6 argue over a dead cat. RD: "What? It's still warm!" INSERT FURTHER SCENES AS YOU THINK OF THEM Along the way Trixie "has an idea" and passes TS a few scrolls for her to study. GPT and TS spend a lot of time discussing spells. Although Trixie used a small side road to evade the checkpoints they have to pass through one before Canterlot. While the guards' checks are very thorough Trixie manages to conceal the M6 through creative and subtle use of her tricks. PP: "Wow! It's like you're some kind of super smuggler!" GETTING INTO CANTERLOT The party arrives at Canterlot but the city is heavily guarded with constant magical scans to ensure that no zombie enters undetected. Trixie tries to talk the guards into letting her stage a magic show outside the city to raise the spirits of the refugees who haven't yet been left in. Twilight supplies lines to her as she knows the commanding officer. Trixie promises that the show will be spectactular enough to utterly amaze even the ponies in Canterlot, which finally nets her her show. After the sun has set Trixie does a few tricks, building up to a huge cascading firework. What the onlookers don't know is that the firework is partially maintained by Twilight and conceals the Mane 6 who are flying over the barricades. The non-pegasi are tied to a copious amount of balloons PP had produced from somewhere and the pegasi are pushing them. The firework not only optically conceals the Mane 6, it's also loud enough to drown out the alarms until the Mane 6 are already past the castle walls. CANTERLOT As the alarms become audible again the guards know that zombies have entered the city but they don't know where. A search for the zombies commences. The Mane 6 are sneaking through the castle, trying to evade the guards. At one point Twilight is spotted by a guard but it's fairly dark and while the guard recognizes her he doesn't notice that she's a zombie. TS notes that she was, indeed, saved by twilight. The Mane 6 make it to the door to the room containing the Elements of Harmony but realize that only the Princesses can open it. While they debate what to do the corridor lights up - they were found. Princess Luna and several guards freeze in horror when they realize that the Mane 6 have been zombified. As the guards advance to kill the Mane 6, Princess Luna finally notices that unlike normal zombies the Mane 6 talk. She decides to wake up Celestia and talk things through. RD: "Could you please hurry up and decide already? I'm getting hungry here and I don't think you wanna see me eat." The princesses decide that giving the Mane 6 carefully supervised access to the Elements of Harmony at least can't hurt. Without a better idea on what to do the Mane 6 decide to fire up the Elements and see what happens. What happens is a brilliant light that quickly spreads all over Equestria before vanishing and leaving the Mane 6 unconscious on the floor. The next morning the Mane 6 wake up in guest quarters in the castle. They're back to normal and when they have a delightfully meat-free breakfast Princess Celestia tells them that all zombies seem to have been cured. The GPT gets lauded by Princess Celestia for showing faith and compassion even when the Mane 6 were zombies. GPT: (whispers to TS) "For the sake of good publicity Trixie won't mention that you gang-pressed her into this. You still owe her though, Sparkle, so Trixie will take credit for the entire fireworks display. This should do wonders for her popularity." EPILOGUE The Mane 6 are at Sweet Apple Acres. TS bites into an apple.
