Race balancing project problems

There is a problem with race balancing mod it doesn't contain installation files for custom races as xivinai,daedric,seducers ,hidden elfs and so on. Shortly none custom race is displayed normaly if at all.
Why making this mod if it doesn't include installation files for races it supports?

If you had read the installation-guide carefully you would have known... (-> OnlineReadme )
You need the mod and the installation files -> *here* .

Please read more carefully the next time, before you start to rant, ok?

Hope you have fun with the mod, it works perfect and I don't play Oblivion without it anymore.
