We appologise for the invovinience for the people of Japan, but we want to minimize the damage to public utilities, like hospitals."
We will provide as much information as possible. Please try to understand our reaons and neccecarily doing that. After seeing this disaster, in combination with the nuclear threath. This is the first emergency since WWII, according to me.
Can we overcome this tragedy? That is up to the people of Japan.
We Japanese have survived many tragedies and we have build this peaceful society after this disaster, I believe all the Japanese people can stay together to overcome the situation.
Please, any of you determing stay put with your friends, family and neighbours and we will rebuild Japan peacefully and better. We urge to ask that the people of Japan"
