Respawn Entertainment, Call of Duty creators Jason West and Vince Zampella’s new studio after leaving Infinity Ward, is readying a big announcement for E3 next week.

The teaser comes via a Facebook update on West and Zampella’s wall, reading: “big time announcement at E3 next week. stay tuned, kiddies!”

As for what news the announcement will bring, color me clueless. I doubt they have a game ready to show, considering the studio formed only two months ago. Looks like we’ll have to wait and see.

Portal 2, the sequel to the ground-breaking title that earned over 30 Game of the Year awards despite missing its original ship date, is now targeted for a 2011 release.

Representatives from both companies acknowledged that public safety concerns factored into the decision. Ich hoffe nur, dass die Sonykonferenz mehr bietet als Move und GT5. The Last Guardian wäre nice, wird aber wahrscheinlich doch erst wieder zur TGS aus der Versenkung kommen.

Laut dieser Liste werden Zone of the Enders 3, Alundra 3 und Final Fantasy Versus XIII auf der Sony PK enthüllt.

Final Fantasy Versus XIII: Wäre toll, wäre allerdings auch nicht wirklich überraschend.
Zone of the Enders 3: Wäre eine echte Atombombe, überraschend, aber nicht vollkommen ausgeschlossen. Halte ich dennoch für unwarscheinlich.
Alundra 3: Wäre mehr als genial, aber ganz ehrlich: eher friert die Hölle zu als das Sony dieses Spiel wirklich ankündigen wird.

Mal abgesehen davon, seit wann die ganzen Firmen unter 2nd Party auch wirklich 2nd Party?*lol

Die Liste stinkt nach Fake. Ich stell's trotzdem in die Rubrik "Gerüchte".

2nd Party Entwickler sind aber doch weiterhin unabhängig?
Die Titel werden halt von Sony mitfinanziert, um eine Exklusivität in irgendeiner Form zu erreichen, bei manchen Titeln agiert Sony auch selbst als Publisher.

Alundra wäre Megageil wenn das Angekündigt wird, aber wie Master schon sagte, ist es so unwahrscheilich wie Halo: Reach für PS3.

Trinity Zill O'll scheint mit Gameplay footage auch auf der E3 anwesend zu sein. Und laut Take-Two bleibt 'Agent' ein PS3 Exclusive, also wirds das evtl auch auf der Sony PC geben.

Verdammt spärlich, aber Knights in the Nightmare für die PSP klingt interessant. Vieleicht vereinfachen die das Kampfsystem etwas. Zumindest hatte ich aufgrund der Komplexität die im Original vorhanden ist noch keine Lust gehabt mich da vollständig rein zu arbeiten, vorallem weil ich weniger Zeit zur Verfügung hatte mir ein dickes J-RPG vorzunehmen.


EDIT:

Man sollte niemans nie sagen. Die Frage ist eher, ob das Game dann auch so geil wie der erste Teil werden würde.

Wenn die es an Climax Entertainment oder halt wie beim ersten Teil an Matrix Software outsourcen dann würde immerhin noch die Möglichkeit bestehen.

Auf der anderen Seite sollen die Sucker lieber zuschauen und mir mein Landstalker-Remake veröffentlichen... wurde ja nicht umsonst vor Jahren für die PSP gezeigt und nie offiziell gecancelt.
