Wild ARMs: Alter Code F for PlayStation 2 is coming to North America this fall, Electronic Gaming Monthly reports this month. Sony Computer Entertainment America passed on localizing the game, but Agetec has picked the game up for American release.

Alter Code F is not exactly a new game -- rather, it's a remake of the original PlayStation Wild ARMs. Developer Media Vision is reworking the original game to lead into an entirely new sequel, Wild ARMs: Another Code F.

The remake updates the game with 3D graphics, new supporting characters (although the heroes remain the same), and many new gameplay and story elements.

We'll look out for the American version of Alter Code F at E3, if not afterward, so watch out for an update soon.
