After weeks of irritating speculation, a BBC spokesman has confirmed the official airdate of Torchwood: Miracle Day, which airs in the United States starting July 8th. Six day after that worldwide premiere, the first episode out of ten, "The New World", comes to the United Kingdom.

Torchwood: Miracle Day will screen in the UK on BBC One, on Thursday nights.

The series will kick off on Thursday 14th July, at 9pm.
