--> If you have completed Legacy Lost, Fathis travels to Chorrol, and you can find him at The Oak and Crosier. There is a bug once you complete Sins of the Father, that may cause Fathis to be stuck in Chorrol, and may refuse to deal with you. This bug carries on even if you are wearing the Gray Fox's cowl, giving you the Gray Fox's identity. He will still refuse to speak with you.

If you give the sword to Fathis Ules, when you talk to him again he will simply say 'Our business is done'. As a result, you will be unable to barter with him. Even if you are Master of the Thieves Guild (The Gray Fox) wearing the Gray Cowl of Nocturnal, this will still not change Fathis Ules' reaction towards you. The only way to avoid this is to keep the sword and not complete the quest until after you have fenced all that you need to advance in the Thieves Guild.

Vielleicht ist es aber auch das Problem... (auch hier wieder bei mangelnden Englisch-Kenntnissen Bescheid sagen)

Desweiteren bezweifle ich, dass eine Neuinstallation bei solchen Problemen hilft. Ich denke, dass es eher ein Bug im Savegame als ein Bug im Game ist, weswegen er sich - sobald er mal existent ist - nicht raus"wächst", nur weil das Game neuinstalliert wurde. Ist aber nur eine Hypothese meinerseits.
