You sure pull of a pretty good start if I look at those screens of yours. The first one has a really, err... "nice"... dark atmosphere. Now some smoking NPCs here and there...
The second screen looks plein awsome. As mentioned above, the cars could be somewhat bigger, but I wouldn't change the sprite of the red-haired girl - which turned out great, by the way. Selfmade?
The third screen is okay, I guess. It doesn't has the atmosphere of the first two, and I don't really like the spiral stairs, because of them, the perspective seems off. Maybe you could edit them so that one sees them more frontal? (I hope you know what I mean... I'm no good in explaining stuff -___-°)
The last screens just great again. Is there water on the street? It looks a bit like it, with that reflection and all. If it's animated, too -

Sieht echt klasse aus. So ein wenig wie selfmade-RTP. Nur eben mit nem eigenen Touch. Ich würde evtl. alles etwas "glatter" machen, hier sind relativ viele Pixel einzelne die hervorstechen.
Den LE würde ich so lassen. Der ist schön funktionell und simpel und passt zum Gesamtbild.

The first screen is on the left side for my tastes somewhat empty, but a second bench on the other side of the table and a carpet should solve that problem.
At your place, I'd change the screentone so it looks less "blueish". The night's described with "dark" and "black", not with "blue", after all. ^^°
The second screen looks really nice, but you could replace the mud-floor with some stones. After all, the walls are made out of stone, too. I just think it would match better that way.
Oh, just out of curiosity... What the heck does that text mean? No offense, but except for 'Willow', it looks like someone's cat went playing on the keyboard... xD Which reminds me, change the fontcolor in the systemset, please. The text's really hard to read on that wooden background.
