Das habe ich gerade gefunden: Once you get your Restoration skill to 70, talk to Marz in Bravil or Ohtesse in Cheydinhal about "Training" to be referred to Oleta. She works in the Kvatch chapel, so go to Kvatch to find her. Unfortunately, that city was destroyed by a Daedric siege crawler before the game began, and Oleta is trapped in the chapel along with other refugees. In order to get training from her, you'll have to rescue her and the other refugees on the Main Quest called "Breaking the Siege of Kvatch" (it's a subquest to "Find the Heir"), then do the optional "The Battle for Castle Kvatch" quest. You'll then be able to get training from her at the Kvatch refugee camp Uih, ich bin ein 404-Fehler - kann mich bitte jemand knipsen?
