Ich finde, Stylo geht eigentlich. Bei mir eher im Hintergrund beim Zocken. Naja, das Album wird bestimmt übelst. Außerdem kann man sich die Demoversionen von Electric Shock und Broken anhören. Die find ich schon besser. Seltsamerweise gibt es die aber schon seit einem Jahr. Naja, egal. Ich poste mal die Links für alle, die es noch nicht gehört haben.

stylo braucht seine zeit und ist keine sensation, aber es ist gut.
hoffe auf mehr plastik-pop, die richtung der ersten single gibt schon nen guten indikator was noch so alles möglich ist.
Ich finde Stylo auch nicht so gut.
Den Stil, den die Gorillaz einschlagen, gefällt mir nicht. Ihr Album Gorillaz finde ich genial, aber bei Demon Days ging es mMn schon etwas bergab, was ich sehr schade finde:(
Joanna Newsom bringt bald ein neues Album raus,betitelt "Have One On Me".
Es soll eine Mischung der beiden ersten Alben sein (bitte mehr in Richtung "Ys"!) und ein ganzes Triple-Album werden.Es soll am 23.2 rauskommen.
Der Track "81" wird bereits auf der Drag City-Seite gestreamt.Klingt soweit schön,und es ist angenehm,wie diese Dame ihre Stimme irgendwie verbessert hat.Auch,wenn sie bei vielen sicherlich immer noch gewöhnungsbedürftig klingt.
Wer es noch nicht mitbekommen hat: Die Scorpions lösen sich nach der kommenden Tour und dem dazugehörigen Album auf.

Ich weiss nicht ob ihr das schon kennt, falls nicht unbedingt mal reinschauen. Es gibt da echt geniale Acoustische Performances von Bands wie Bombay Bicycle Club und Life In FIlm.

when asked about what he thinks of jónsi’s solo album:
"actually, i’ve only heard that new song on the radio [boy lilikoi]. jónsi still hasn’t let me hear the album, i don’t know if he’s too bashful to let us hear. but the new song is really great, and very jónsi-like."
jónsi has also been talking about sigur rós in new interviews about his upcoming solo record. sigur rós had recorded some new material last year, which at the time was described as ambient and atmospheric, but according to jónsi they will probably start all over again.
"we started working on something a few months ago, then we scrapped everything and sold our studio and rehearsal space. now we are back in the drummer’s garage, rocking out like we did when we were 14. i think it’s gonna be good.”

Es ist ja im Prinzip schon Tradition, dass bei Megadeth regelmäßig ein Stühlerücken bei den einzelnen Instrumenten stattfindetn. Diesmal hat es James LoMenzo am Bass erwischt, der seinen Platz für Gründungsmitglied David Ellefson frei machen musste.
