Die Famitsu hat bereits B/W getestet und vergibt 40/40 Punkten. Zum Vergleich: D/P bekam 35, Platin 36 und HG/SS 37. Da kommt was auf uns zu nächste Woche. :)

GAME MECHANICS
New Item: Mysterious feather. One time use. Gives Wonder Guard effect. Holy shit.
New Mechanic: You have a Pokétch-like device that controls the weather. You can change the weather in a single area at a time.
Dreaming: If you send a Pokémon to sleep, they may encounter a single Pokémon. You will have the chance to catch it after they wake up.
Events: There are certain event Pokémon that will not even function ingame unless you have patch downloaded from online.
Black City: Filled with crime. People will steal things from you and you have to fight them to get your stuff back. The guy posting these thought this was funny so he liked Black Version better. I imagine it'll stop being funny 200 hours into the game.
White Forest: You encounter wild Pokémon in there.
Shinies: You meet a wandering gothish punkish chick who enables you to spot shiny swarms. A single species will swarm and have an upped shiny rate until you catch one, and then the swarm stops.
Non-battle Items: New evolution stones.
Game Corner: Contains a minigame. Not Voltorb Flip.
Azure Flute: Probably not going to come out.
Cutscenes: Every major cutscene in the game has artwork.
Rematches: Trainers will call and leave a message on your voicemail at home. Cannot rematch Gym Leaders.
Customizables: After you beat the Elite 4 and Champion, you get a home and room that you can trick out.
Breeding: New breeding mechanic of some kind. Also, cross-breeding certain parents will cause new, unique species of children.
STORY (if 2, the second is more specific and "spoily")
Team Plasma: Use Regal-looking Pokémon and Steel/Psychic types.
Team Plasma Admins: Lancelot, Joan, and Arthur. The leader is N's father. N is some half-angel thing that is being controlled like a puppet by his father.
Other Gendered Character: The one you don't choose will be your older sibling and will go do things in the storyline before you. They lose to the champion just as you are about to fight the Elite 4.
Elite 4 and Champ: Ghost, Dragon, Rock, Flying, and then a balanced team. The champion is related to Cheren.
Black Version theme: Driving out nature with technology.
White Version theme: Getting entirely rid of technology.
N stuff: Half-angel thing, had his wings ripped off by his father when he was young. Late in the story, he gets them back and dies. You get his team, they are all level 50 and have his OT and ID. Related Spoily Event: There is an event to bring him back.
Rating: The story has supposed dark overtones and the ESRB (and equivalents internationally) rating of the game is a little higher.
Previous Teams: Team Rocket and Team Galactic are mentioned. Atom, the leader of Plasma, mentions Cyrus specifically as a failure.
Choices ingame: Some sort of "Friendship system" that doesn't do much more than change certain dialogue lines and reward you with items at certain times.
POKéMON:
Starter typings: Grass turns into that chinese dragon thingy, Grass/Flying. Fire turns into that boar with the fire tusks, Fire/Rock. Water turns into that realistic otter/bear, Water/Fighting.
Wild Pokémon makeup: All new, overall balanced types.
National Pokédex: No old Pokémon will be available until after you beat the game. This includes fighting trainers with old Pokémon.
Evos of old Pokémon: Not as much as in Gen 2 or in Gen 4. Specific example: Houndoom evolution protecting a houndour in the sprite not unlike Kangaskhan or Mantine.
The Other Legendary: You can't catch it, but you can fight it with an event. N uses it after befriending it.
New Legendaries: As many as Diamond/Pearl.
Possible Arceus Topper: Normal/Flying. It's the Omega to Arceus' Alpha.
Geodudes and Zubats: Replaced by a rock cat that doesn't evolve and that fluffy fruit bat. Just as common.
