TES Construction Set: Unable to rename temp file

Aus aktuellem Anlaß: Manchmal, wenn ich eine Änderung vornehme und unter neuem Namen speichern will, schmeißt mir das CS die obige Meldung an den Kopf. Ein erneuter Speicher-Versuch führt dazu, daß sich das CS komplett aufhängt. Hat das noch jemand und weiß evtl. sogar, wie man das Prob vermeiden kann?

btw: Platz frei auf Sys-Partition: 6.5 GB, Platz frei auf Game/CS-Partition: 21GB, Admin-Rechte.
